Dr. Levenson offers convenient payment plans administered by CareCredit, Lending Club and Compassionate Finance. We also accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.



We welcome most dental insurance plans, including Delta and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We will make every effort to assist you regarding questions you may have concerning your insurance coverage.

Membership Plan

$370/Year & Includes:

  • 2 complete professional cleanings (not including periodontal maintenance or scaling)
  • 2 complete professional exams (new patient or periodic) done by Dr. Levenson in conjuncture with hygiene visit
  • 1 complete annual x-rays series (full mouth, bitewings, or panorex)
  • 2 complete oral cancer screenings
  • Save 10% on all elective cosmetic dentistry procedures, including veneers
  • Save 10% on all non-elective general dentistry procedures, including treatment for periodontal disease
  • Savings not applicable with Care Credit or Lending Club
