We welcome most dental insurance plans, including Delta and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We will make every effort to assist you regarding questions you may have concerning your insurance coverage.

$370/Year & Includes:

  • 2 complete professional cleanings (not including periodontal maintenance or scaling)
  • 2 complete professional exams (new patient or periodic) done by Dr. Levenson in conjuncture with hygiene visit
  • 1 complete annual x-rays series (full mouth, bitewings, or panorex)
  • 2 complete oral cancer screenings
  • Save 10% on all elective cosmetic dentistry procedures, including veneers
  • Save 10% on all non-elective general dentistry procedures, including treatment for periodontal disease
  • Savings not applicable with Care Credit or Lending Club
